While they may be expensive compared to traditional washing machines, they can save you enough energy to significantly lower your electricity bills.
4. Laundry stripping with baking soda
Laundry stripping is now a trend on Tiktok. You have to soak your towels and clothes in a mixture of detergent, detergent booster, and baking soda.

Yes! You can use baking soda to wash your clothes. In fact, it’s highly recommended to be used in deep cleaning your clothes, rugs, curtains, stuffed toys, and other home items, which are usually exposed to excessive dirt.
But don’t place your baking soda on your detergent dispenser!
It’s highly recommended to sprinkle your baking soda directly on your clothes instead of placing it on your detergent dispenser. This way, you can prevent the baking soda from going to various parts of your laundry machine, which may cause damage. Furthermore, the baking soda can be absorbed by your clothes immediately through this method.
